Home-start East Lancs has two groups running at Accrington Library. Busy Bees on Monday’s 1pm -2:30pm for parent/carers of children with additional needs, then our family group on Tuesday’s 9:30am-11:30am both are held upstairs in the community room at Accrington Library.
From Zen Yoga, Qigong, Yoga Nidra and even Laughter Yoga, these sessions with fulfill all your yoga and midfullness needs.
